Daniel was called to the Bar in November 2008 having completed the Bar Vocational Course in London. Daniel has worked exclusively in Family Law since 2005 and undertakes a mixed practice, with particular emphasis on Divorce/Finances and complex Private Children disputes such as Residence and Contact disputes with issues of substance abuse, domestic violence and parental alienation.

Daniel also undertakes work regarding Child Abduction and cases regarding the Hague Convention and Brussels II Revised.

Daniel’s qualifications are as follows;

  • 2:1 LLB Honours Degree from the University of Kent (2005)
  • Bar Vocational Course – College of Law – Very Competent (2008)
  • Called to the Bar in November 2008
  • Winner of the Mona de Piro major scholarship from the Middle Temple Inn of Court. (2006)
  • Member of the Middle Temple Inn of Court.

Daniel is particularly interested in undertaking his own advocacy (at all levels) to provide his clients with continuity of representation and is a passionate yet down to earth advocate.

Daniel is in the process of cross qualifying as a solicitor with aspirations of acquiring Higher Rights of Audience to preserve and maintain his passion for advocacy.

In this spare time, Daniel enjoys spending time with his young family, theatre trips and weekend breaks. Daniel is also a Season Ticket Holder at his beloved Gillingham Football Club.
