We are pleased to announce that from 1st April 2010 Sarah Foster now holds the position of Partner.
Sarah will continue to work from our Gillingham based head office and will be responsible for the administration and organisation of Davis, Simmonds & Donaghey.

We are delighted to announce that Christopher Simmonds has from 1st July 2010 accepted the position of District Judge, Family Division of the Principle Registry.
Everyone at Davis, Simmonds & Donaghey will undoubtedly miss Christopher, but we all wish him good luck in his new position.
We are all proud of his amazing achievment and see it as a result of Christopher's hard work and dedication to Family Law and his clients.
