We are able to offer you a service of advice and assistance throughout your civil law problems and disputes. The areas on which we specialise and can give you that assistance are:

  • Contract and Consumer Disputes
  • Personal Injury

What does it cost?

In suitable cases we will agree to deal with your claim on a ‘no win, no fee’ basis. This is known as a ‘Conditional Fee Agreement’ and will cost you nothing and, provided we are successful in achieving compensation, you will receive 100% of the sum obtained.

You may have what is called ‘legal expenses insurance’ with your household/contents insurance policy or with your credit cards or bank account. If so, the insurance company may appoint us to deal with your claim under that policy.

If you do not have the benefit of such a policy or you are not eligible for public funding, we will give you an estimate of our costs and disbursements in advance. This will be updated at regular intervals so that you know exactly where you stand in relation to our fees.
