What does it cost?
In suitable cases we will agree to deal with your claim on a 'no win, no fee' basis. This is known as a 'Conditional Fee Agreement' and will cost you nothing and, provided we are successful in achieving compensation, you will receive 100% of the sum obtained.
You may have what is called 'legal expenses insurance' with your household/contents insurance policy or with your credit cards or bank account. If so, the insurance company may appoint us to deal with your claim under that policy.
