Adrian joined Davis Simmonds and Donaghey in April 2009, from other solicitors where he co-managed one of the largest Family Law departments in Kent, this firm now probably enjoying this accolade.
He has over 20 years experience as a Family Lawyer, having qualified as a solicitor on 1st May 1996, prior to which he was a Fellow of the Institute of Legal Executives (where he was a former winner of their Joseph Jackson Memorial Prize for best paper in their Family Law examination) and having always practised in the family law field.
He has been a member of the SRA's Children Panel since 1st March 1999 and his practice for many years has been solely in childlaw, with emphasis on care and adoption proceedings in which he represents children, parents and other relatives. He is an experienced advocate, conducting most of his hearings on behalf of his clients.
