Since Robert qualified as a Fellow of the Institute of Legal Executives in 1976 he has gained vast experience in civil litigation and for the past twenty years has specialised in all aspects of personal injury work.
During this period Robert has dealt with accident cases including fatalities, road traffic and work related injuries as well as claims involving the Motor Insurance Bureau, sports injuries, holiday accidents, industrial injuries including asbestos and hearing loss, defective products and slips and trips.
Robert has now joined Davis, Simmonds and Donaghey to head the civil litigation department but as well as personal injury work the department will also cover other civil work including landlord and tenant disputes, bankruptcy, licensing (alcohol and entertainment), co-habitation, property and general consumer issues.
